For making a figurine from polymer clay, we will need:
1. polymer clay;
2. stacks for working with clay;
3.acrylic brushes for acrylic paints;
4. acrylic paints;
5. varnish for polymer clay;
6. oven for baking (referably separate from cooking);
7.baking sheet and baking paper (for baking);
8.oven thermometer.

For sculptures we also need:
9.transparent two-component epoxy glue;
10.stabilized moss;
11.twigs/snail shell/tiny jars (whatever you want).

I describe everything I use in my tutorials.

Also, modeling in this way is possible from ceramics and air dry clay (I sculpt with the same method from ceramics, but taking into account the specifics of the material).

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND that polymer clay is a very specific material, it needs to be felt and understood. So it's unlikely that you'll be able to do something the first time. It's absolutely normal to start all over again and again until it starts to work out. Be patient and you will succeed.
